The General Board of Higher Education and Ministry administers funds to assist in the training of LOCAL PASTORS who are enrolled in Course of Study in Spanish or Portuguese at Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary or at Perkins School of Theology. These funds provide students with an academic scholarship and / or with travel assistance to help them participate in their theological education and clergy formation.
